**They are doing renovations on the property** We had to walk around the back of the building to use a separate entrance to get to the elevator because it was not accessible from the main entrance. This was not convenient at night with a child coming back from dinner. When I got ready for bed the 1st night I noticed hair on my sheets when I pulled the blanket back. No one would bring clean sheets to my room because “no one was available” so I had to go downstairs from the 5th floor to get clean sheets. On my walk down to the front desk housekeeping was in front of me walking the sheets to the front desk (she could have dropped them off at the room). The night before checking out I called and asked for a late checkout, they said no problem. The next morning they were calling the phone right at 11 asking when I was checking out. They also sent housekeeping to ask this even tho I had already spoke with someone. Late checkout was at 12, they were calling again at 11:45 to see if I was close to leaving. Common areas of hotel were clean. Some of the staff were friendly when we crossed paths. Hotel seemed empty for the most part, we only saw a couple other guest and parking lot was empty. Probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Everything overall was fine but no hot water in our bathroom which was not ideal. But the property was nice and super convenient to NY which was a huge plus.

Plenty of parking, I felt very safe traveling with my family, super cheap and convenient bus service right out front takes you NYC just blocks from times square. Seriously the bus service was so nice. Good restaurants right across the street. The staff was not super helpful at times. I called down a couple times to see if they had a fan that I could use and nobody every gave me an answer, and I definitely didn't get a fan. Everything was super clean and remodeled, showers were beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay here again for future trips to NYC.

I was put into 2 separate rooms filled with mold and animal urine. The elevator shakes like it is going to break down and there is a deep scraping metal sound right behind the door.

This is a great renovated hotel. We stayed with our family of four in a large double bedroom, we enjoyed the walk-in shower. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good although there was not that much room to sit and enjoy it. Our check-in took a bit longer then normal, not sure why. Great options in the area to eat at walking distance and a Walmart was closeby. It qas very easy to take the bus into Manhattan, you can buy tickets at the bus stop which was only 3 minutes walking from the hotel. We would stay here again.

TV in the room was not working. Enable to make coffee in cheap low quality machine. Main door in the room with a big gap allowing for too much noise and light from hallway to come in. Noisy doors eveywhere.

Very clean hotel. Staff is very professional. Bus station is just across the street. You can take a bus straight to Times Square. Strongly recommended.

They are low staff, check in took long. When i checked in, they gave me a dirty room, i went back to complain and asked for new room, they never went in to clean or leave towels.

The rooms are nice, very nice. Staff are kind as well. The breakfast is not reliable, it was bagels, cream cheese, waffles and orange juice — all very low quality.

Right when we walked through the door we saw the front lobby was under major construction with the whole place ripped apart, saw dust & dirt everywhere, & paint/chemical odors. Customer service was seriously lacking.. often times no one was at the front desk at all or it would be a long wait for something simple. There was no hot water at 1 point & the heating was messed up as well. Either stayed too hot or too cold. We picked this hotel due to the convenience & close proximity to our main destination yet, wish I had all the details before staying since there's lots of hotels nearby to choose from. Rates were good here though. Wasn't the worst we've stayed in but, far from the best.

Nice place, very clean, comfortable bed, nice bath. Some remodeling happening in the lobby. Breakfast a bit scant but awesome for accessing Broadway shows by walkable bus stop. We didn't see signage on the building or map into the complex which would be nice to add.
