\-No crypto mining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.  
\-No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm  
  
\*Only registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 9), this is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.  
  
\*The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservation can be cancelled immediately per 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.

These HOUSE RULES enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.  
  
Property Disclosures:  
We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and driveway, rooftop and balcony which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room and balcony which actively records noise decibel levels and detects any form of smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.  
  
\*You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.  
  
\*In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to VRBO, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community and neighbors during your stay.

The house was great! Easy check in process, clean space, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed (including a full spice rack!), and it was very close to tons of restaurants. The host was good with communication. There was street parking only but we were always able to find a spot

Perfect location for our family of 5! Quick uber to Journal Square to get to NYC via PATH train. Also easy to get to MetLife stadium. All the comforts of home and very clean/new. Kids had a blast with game room in basement. Thank you for your great attention to detail and communication!

#### Home away from home

The place is just as the photos portray. It is beautifully decorated with everything brand new and super clean. It is fully stocked with everything you may need with enough room for everyone to spread out (2 stories plus a basement rec room). It had cozy blankets to make you feel at home plus hotel style amenities like the shampoo, body wash, etc. Judee, the host, was super nice and responsive. She made sure we had a great stay!
