Hotel was great, good location just around Times Square and comfortable room and bathroom, staff was polite… the only complaint was at the checkout I was about to book an uber to the airport for $120 (total with tolls) and the lady in the staff told us we could use the taxi outside the hotel and they will charge us the same $120.. on the way to the airport the driver told us the tolls were not included nor the taxes and tip, we ended paying $145 instead of the $120 and I think the hotel staff knew it all the time.

Quite noisy from Time Square on lower floors (we were 6th). Pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable- not flat, big springs, thin mattress. Staff was very courteous and location near shows was good. Wouldn’t stay again, though.

We loved that the hotel was within walking distance to Times Square and the theaters. We were on the 46th floor and did not hear any street noise from our room! Highly recommend and will stay again!

The staff are so friendly which is really unique for busy city hotels. They would also greet you and wish you a good day. Nothing was too much trouble for them especially Dyana in reception.

The cost of 35 USD as hotel fee was just a hidden fee that really didn't make sense. Seriously what did you privide other than 4 bottle of waters daily? Let alone I had to call twice on two different nights asking "where is our complementary water?" When we checked in, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, we had to call, and that was the only time they gave us these items for the 5 nights we stayed there, we just bought ours and gave up asking them to give us another set etc. The reception was okay, I had way better experiences in other places but it was okay. The bar on roof top is not what you might assume, the atmosphere is so lonely and depressing. Anyway, it was okay but not going there again. :)

This is our third stay; local to Times Square amd Rockfellar for both attractions and subways. Hotel is very clean and quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mini supermarket / cafe which has opened since our last stay and it is convenient for food and drink. Looking forward to our 4th stay.

Very nice. Only downsides were cars honking at midnight and waking up too warm because the air conditioning seemed to automatically turn off or up at night. I enjoyed my stay very much.

A great option, on the first block from Times Square. Great location, and professional staff. We stayed in a 'Deluxe Room' and it was a upper floor, with great views of the city.

The Hyatt Centric Times Square is the perfect hotel for NYC. You could not ask for a better location-- Times Square, theaters, restaurants. The hotel itself is fantastic--good secuity, modern, clean, nice staff, bar on the 54th floor. I reserved the lowest rate room and was very pleased--large, modern, light with floor to ceiling window, refrigerator, k-cup coffee maker, nice tv, big bathroom. I did have a couple concerns due to other reviews about city and in-house noise but I had no problems with it. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt Centric for my next trip.

I stay in Hyatt centric with my 10 years old daughter. Amenities were limited but we were in the city all day long and went to hotel only for sleeping. It was very much ideal for our mommy daughter NYC visit. Location was very convenient. It was very much family oriented and safe. Staff were friendly and responsive. I would definitely go back.

Darlene helped us check in for our stay and we were met with excellent hospitality and customer service. The outside was a bit noisy, but luckily the staff had ear plugs that were delivered to our room. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel location was excellent! Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast option offered is a option is $20 daily nonrefundable credit per person to use in their hotel restaurant. Breakfast options are limited. But other than that hotel was great.

My only gripe or disappointment was the resort fee of $40 a day, especially when I did not used any of them. I was there for 5 nights and paid $200 extra for nothing. The fee should be based only if you used the resort facilities.
