Clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Getting to the sports complex was quick and easy. Good breakfast options and coffee in the cafe.

I paid for a king-size bed but got a queen/full-size bed. The room was small, and the toilet was broken. It wouldn't refill the tank without jiggling the hand. When I arrived Friday night, 2/16, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk was pleasant but not helpful.

Room we were given at check in had dirty sheets and stained mattresses. We asked to change rooms and the next room was cleaner. I asked for a bus schedule and they gave me a print out from 2021 that was no longer accurate.

Highly recommend!
This is our favorite hotel in the area. We chose a suite room and it was incredibly roomy, lots of areas to put your stuff, 2 TVs and 2 thermostats. Staff was friendly. No breakfast but they did have a little bistro downstairs and a diner that's a 5 minute walk away.

Clean and comfortable place. My only gripe is that I showered in the middle of the night and it was like warm. Not sure why that was because it was hot during the day.

The staff was incredible and tried to do everything possible to help us make our trip perfect every step of the way! Having the bus stop right behind the hotel was definitely a huge plus!!!

Overall good stay
We chose this hotel for its location. It was close to everything we wanted to access - especially nearby the Nickelodeon attraction for my daughter. We arrived earlier than our check in time and we appreciated being granted our room early. The beds were comfortable and the room was okay. A major concern was that we could hear the guests in the room next to us. They were extremely loud and were up all night talking, laughing and sounded like they were playing games. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The food was very tasty and well proportioned.

We had high hopes for staying at this hotel for our frequent NYC trips since our usual go to Embassy Suites around the corner is under new ownership. It was ok at best. It took us a good 5 minutes to get in to our room with a faulty scanner on the door. The ice machine on our floor was broke. The heater/fan/ac made a random clicking nose throughout the night. The handheld shower holder was broken so it was directing water below your belly button unless you held it the entire time. And finally…. There was little to no hot water for a shower in the evening or the morning. It was barely lukewarm. Very disappointing.

This was the perfect place to stay for a visit to New York City. The bus is directly behind the property and drops you off in the middle of the city. The hotel staff was professional and helpful. The room had THE BEST SHOWER!!!!

Room was okay but the bathroom needed a remake. The toilet seat looked beat and even if it wasn't dirty, it felt dirty. The shower pressure was a joke. The room walls were thin and you can hear people chatting in the hallway and closing/opening their doors. It's also unfortunate that their restaurant downstairs was not functional except for breakfast. We came home around 7pm thinking we could grab a drink and a snack but nope!
