Street parking is free of charge 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath duplex covering over 2200 sq ft with a full private rooftop terrace with NYC views and outdoor furniture. Gourmet kitchen with full cookware, plates, utensils and food basics (Salt, pepper, sugar and creamers). We also have a coffee bar that includes a Nespresso machine, keurig machine, k cups, espresso pods, tea and hot chocolate. Full dining room , living room and full laundry room.
