« L'appartement était conforme aux images et à la taille annoncée (75m2). Nous sommes arrivés, le ménage était en cours, (gênant mais pas grave). Du coup, ils se sont un peu trop pressés. C'était pas terrible.Mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et ça n'a pas duré. Il a aussi été très sympa et arrangeant pour l'heure de départ.Facile d'accès en Path, l'entrée à l'appartement est facile. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés globalement la location tous les 5.On aurait aimé pouvoir fermé le puis de...

« This property as well as the host was fantastic! Because it is a brand new property, there were a few items that were missing but as soon as we advised Mahdi had them appear like magic at our door! This was the perfect place for our daughter to begin recovery from surgery. Lots of space & the views were amazing! Also close to nearby “local” restaurants & we felt very safe especially with the parking garage. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you!!! »

Localisation et accès aux transports en commun parfaits : direct à Manhattan (Greenwich) en 2 stations. Bars, restaurants et un grand supermarché à proximité immédiate.Hôte très réactif et disponible.Cela a beaucoup contribué pour nous à passer un bon séjour à New York. « The apartment is pretty spacious, nice layout even though only one of the bedroom has a window. A bit rundown, would need a good refreshing. Quite noisy because the windows are not well insulated and street is noisy. Also would need proper curtains in the bedroom, the blinds let daylight in. Need more crockery and cutlery, had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Communication was good but a bit complicated, 4 different people involved, via email and whatsapp. Had to ask for many information...
