Staff was wonderful plus some ! Cabin a bit musty but opened windows & everything was great. Cabin was very clean & bed was comfortable !!! Loved the girl that checked us in - Little confusion on my part & she couldn’t have been sweeter ❤️ AND… they just put in a pool !

I don’t understand the praise - this is a motel-full stop.

It was beautiful inside and out. Would recommend 10/10. Very quiet location beds slept great and close to Bar Harbor

As a solo traveler, I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. It was exactly what I needed for my trip. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great hot water after long days of hiking, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated getting fresh towels every day since I was showering twice a day because of the heat and all the hiking. The motel was quiet at night but conveniently located close to everything in Acadia. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep while spending your days chasing sunrises, hiking trails, and catching sunsets, this is a great choice. I don’t need a $400-a-night resort when I’m out the door before 4 a.m. and back after dark. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.
