With 2 bedrooms, including a California king bed and a queen bed, to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. (queen air bed available for an extra guest). The property boasts modern amenities such as central a/c and heating, 2 TVs, wi-fi, washer/dryer, impact windows & doors screened covered patio with outdoor shower. The 1.5 bathrooms are complete with bidet attachment to add a touch of luxury. Our place will make you feel at home while away from home. Come and experience the brilliant charm of this vacation rental for yourself. Amenities include heated pool/clubhouse, private beach access, and tennis. Indoor air purifier and whole house water filtration system included in unit. Garden view from back patio area. Prior to renting, we were familiar with the area so have nothing bad to say about it or the amenities at Island Village - we knew what we were getting into & didn't have expectations of a stay at The Ritz. That being said, the unit itself was beyond filthy- I'll just highlight a few things. Both bathrooms were heavily soiled- toilets were heavily grimed with dust, hair & debris along with dried fecal matter in the bowls.The shower was newer & relatively clean. The kitchen had crumbs & debris on the countertops, stove, in the fridge & sink. The fridge had a foul smell. The sink had a thick layer of grime & mold along with dirty dishes in it. The dishwasher heavily smelled of mold & had dirty dishes in it. We didn't use the dishes due to petrified food particles. Numerous personal items were out throughout the condo. The washing machine had mold on inside rim & door, it smelled heavily of mold/mildew. There were not any sheets on the beds & mattress pads had large yellow/brown stains which owner claimed were from a heating pad- we knew better. This was a last minute reservation as our initial VRBO had been fumigated & was non-habitable. We ended up cleaning the condo ourselves & purchased items so we could stay- only because there were no other rentals available as it was right before Easter.
