This unit has impact windows throughout and a Private direct beach access. Enjoy reading on your balcony overlooking the ocean, swimming in the pool, fishing in the surf, or exploring all the golf, shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment options of the Coast has to offer.
30 days minimum rental period required. NO weekends allowed and a NON- refundable HOA application fee of 150.00 to be paid by the tenant, must be submitted 30 days prior to check-in
