This adorably decorated studio condo in the coveted Villas by the Sea Resort is beautifully decorated with beachy decor and everything you need to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a full kitchen for whipping up a gourmet meal. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. While the inside is amazing, the best part about this condo is that it's located on the bottom floor and is just a short walk to both direct beach access (to the famous Driftwood Beach) and the pool at the resort. In addition, you have access to the other amenities at the resort such as the fitness center, playground, basketball hoops, restaurant and volleyball courts. Please note: the nearest beach boardwalk crossover: Driftwood Beach only. Hurricane Helene damaged the stairs providing access to the lower beach and water at low tide for all Villas By The Sea Boardwalks. Direct beach access from the Villas by the Sea is not available at this time. \*\*\*Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide\*\*\* During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk or swimming pool. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night. Other Things to Note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. This home is not pet-friendly. If you bring a pet, we unfortunately will have to ask you to leave with no refund offered. There is no washer or dryer in the unit so please plan accordingly. Anything other than a regular vehicle or motorcycle is prohibited. Trailers, boats or any other commercial or recreational vehicle are not allowed. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. House Rules: Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result in a minimum $2,000 fine. Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties. No pets allowed. Great access to Driftwood Beach, Horton Pond and the bike path which are right next door. We rented bikes from the bike rack at the end of the building which was very convenient. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. The property was quiet at this time of the year. The place had all that we needed and appreciated the soap / shampoo in the bathroom. It was just the right size for a couple but would be tight for anymore. Not a lot of privacy with the bathroom and door but we made it work. Easy communication with the host. It would be ok to have a small child with you as well. Especially with the playground right outside our door. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The fitness room was next door, which we used every day. There is a food truck on site, in which the breakfast was great. You can also rent bikes on-site too, which we did. Driftwood Beach is just down the road. The service to this condo was great. They responded to my messages quickly. The hair dryer broke on our 2nd day. I messaged them that night and a new dryer was hanging on my door the next morning. Although the beach was a short walk, we weren’t there for the beach this time of year. ##### Amanda H.
