It was a fabulous stay and I can't say that there was one thing that I would change. This home was beautiful inside, the upstairs bedroom had a kitchen and a small living room that my husband and I enjoyed very much while my kids and grandkids stayed downstairs,the bedrooms were all a decent size and the beds were all very comfortable, plenty of room for the 10 of us,The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped for any type of cooking.beach access was across the street,a short walk,the pool was very clean. King size bed, bunk bed, very nice bathroom, living room with TV, and a full size kitchen. There is one baby gate for the stairs and one high chair as well. If you have small children or people that dont know how to swim. Please be aware that there isn't any safety around the swimming pool. The main floor. Has a very nice layout. I just wished it had a half bathroom somewhere else in the main house. There is only 2 bathroom in the main house. One is in the master bedroom. And the other is for the three other bedrooms to share. There is a few things that needed fixing in this house. This house has alot of doors. I would love to see a few things change to this house. But overall its a very nice house. We would definitely stay again. We stay the weekend of 11-10-2023 until 11-12-2023\. It did cost alot of money for this house. But we was all together. The property manager was on point very responsive with anything they could do to address our complaints. The beds/sheets were clean and comfortable. Cons: the house has a musty/moldy smell that was very unpleasant and borderline unbearable. The property manager explained that it might be because of a recent storm and I don’t remember other reviews mentioning it so this might be the case. For us, however, it was enough to where we didn’t want to spend time at the house. When we opened the dishwasher a horrible sewer smell came out and we came across roaches and spiders as well. Again, maybe due to storm? It was just very disappointing due to the amount of $$ we were paying for our stay. The pool and surrounding areas were also very dirty upon our arrival. With that said, the property manager addressed our complaint immediately and had someone come clean it up. The pool floor still had a lot of debris so we opted not to use it. Overall, we were a group of 6 girlfriends that hadn’t seen each other in 7 years so we chose to not let all this ruin our weekend - but it was pretty bad. ##### Marina o. The upstairs kitchen was used by one family for breakfast , snacking, etc. It was so much fun after a day of adventure (bike riding, beach playing, geo- cache hunting) to return to an inviting swimming pool to cool off. There were no issues (aside from a broken blender) and everything promised in this house was provided. If I were to return to JI with the family, I would rent this house again. ##### Tatiana R. Plenty of space, wonderfully appointed with amenities. The girls loved the pool. We also used and appreciated the grill. Extremely spacious for two families with small children. Jessica provided a high chair and pack and play, which was so convenient for my sister who flew in with a one-year-old baby. My family stayed here with another family. The location is fantastic for families. The tides come in and out and the beach closest to the house ends up under water, as described in the listing. It's only a short drive to another location where the beach stays available regardless of tides. The pool was well kept and there were toys/floats available for the kids. ##### Garrett G. Jessica was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations for our first time to the island. WiFi worked great, beds were comfortable, kitchen and linen closets nicely stocked. Easy beach access. The only suggestions I would make would be some window coverings for upstairs and fix the top bunk bed railing. Would definitely return! ##### Kelli P. Perfect for having a little fun with your older adult kids, while the grandparents could sleep comfortably in a quiet area. We had 12 family members with us The house could use just a little bit more renovation, which would be fun to watch as we would return again. Owner was quick to get back to us with a couple of questions which was greatly appreciated. It was great to return to Jekyll as we used to go every year for 12 years, we would return to this house and appreciate the owner sharing it with us. ##### Brent H.
