The furnishings are dated but functional, it was clean and real close to the beach. Our last night there our AC quit, we called and Anthony was there in Minutes. He offered to have someone come fix it or supply extra fans, it was late and cool so we opted for the fans. It was just a little depressing and worn out. It was like staying in your friend's basement with a random assortment of his grandparents left over furniture. Has many amenities (pots, dishes, vacuum, washer/dryer, etc). Bring an AC adapter plug for your laptop because the wiring is vintage and not all socket locations are updated. The furniture and rug had ground in grime, and the window wells were filthy. In addition, the short-term, between-guest cleaning was inadequate. For example, the previous occupants' hair was still present on the bathtub drain keeper (yuck!). Jekyll Realty charges for that cleaning so I would expect a thorough job. Finally, a long-term resident or owner smokes out on the patio (which was adjacent to ours), so I would not recommend these units for folks expecting a non-smoking property. ##### Rebecca H.
