As covid19, they stoped breakfast service. Expedia should search and mention the changed Hotels’ condition since covid19 spread world wide. The hotel wasn’t bad for cleanses , linen and quick response. I may rebook there next time.

A very good moment with Port Avenue Hotel & Resort
During my 4 nights in Jeju with Port Avenue Hotel & Resort, I was very happy with the services. This hotels located nearby the Daepo harbor (5 mins walk) and 1.5-2 km far from the Jeju ICC. In case that you want to buy something, there is a convenience store 10 mins walk from this hotel too. So, choose this hotel if you want some a peaceful and quite stay but not that far from the city centre. Oh, please note that this hotel will provide you a bottle of water only on the first day and you can as much as you want from the water Water Cooler of the hotel.

don't trust hotels.com! horrible customer service!
THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE ON HOTELS.COM. we booked a suite for 5 people. It was $395 more than a 2-person room over 7 nights. Hotels.com said the area was larger & we assumed it had more beds. When we arrived, there was only one bed and 3 floor mats. The 5 of us could not fit. So we booked another 2-person room which was *EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE*, w/ 1 bed & 3 mats, for $395 less than the 5-person room. They then REFUSED to give us any money back on the 5-person suite we booked, even though now only 3 people were in it. NO ONE at the hotel spoke English. the person who supposedly spoke English conveniently NEVER SHOWED UP so we could not find anyone to tell that they should not charge us for 5 people when only 3 were there, especially as breakfast is included so we were being charged double. Hotels.com is very misleading about the size & price of different rooms. They are exactly the same size & all only have 1 bed. I’ve been trying to get hotels.com to help me for MONTHS & they keep saying they can't talk to the hotel b/c they don’t speak English. WHY THEN IS THIS HOTEL ON THEIR WEBSITE? I am still waiting for my $395 back. I will soon call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have sent 4 emails to a customer service rep Sydney who NEVER RESPONDED. I called & they said they’d email me back & NEVER DID. I give hotels.com a 1-star review - their customer service is horrid. Don't go to this hotel unless you speak Korean or Chinese and want to sleep on the floor.
