However, on the day itself, they sent me an email with a lot of instructions but without unit entry code details. I spent almost an hour panicking until I found another guest who was returning to his unit. Thankfully he spoke English and suggested a solution which worked! We tried calling the number given in the confirmation, there was an auto reply so no help there. Imagine tired and anxious, stranded in a strange land at 8pm! There is no air con in one of the bedroom, you need to open the window. Might be an issue in summer heat.
