It's clean, conviniently located, and has a bus stop outside the hotel. The service, however, could be improved. Strange policy that you can only check-in at 3pm onwards, 5 minute earlier and you get turned back to your seat, and no offer to keep your luggage in the mean time. The front desk guy could be a bit more smiley as well. Not suitable for the elderly, with it's heavy swinging glass door. Personale non gentilissimo, e poco flessibili. Check in alle 15 e fino alle 15 in punto non hanno inziato, ho chiesto di prenotare un taxi per la mia partenza alle 5.45 del mattino e mi hanno detto che non si sarebbero segnati la mia richiesta a ma avrei dovuto swcndere prima la mattina stessa per la richiesta.
