Not only did they not have the room we booked and forced us into a one bed, room with pull out couch that was horrendous, when we booked a 2 bed room, the hotel clerk was out vaping when we arrived and blamed everyone else for the mistake. No discount, no making it right, no nothing. Just deal with it...I would expect more, especially since they raised the prices for this weekend. Last time booking. I am going back to Marriott only properties.

Property is 5 years old and shows it. not new, not old and run down. Clean yes, Bed comfortable, yes. Pillows, terrible. Breakfast, lackluster. Out of coffee at 7am, Refused to print a receipt at checkout because booked thru expedia. Called for a receipt and they fought me again, finally got a receipt. Would I stay here again, yes.
