« Definitely not a safe neighborhood. But when I checked in, the lady who checked me in said I had already checked in and handed me my key cards. The wrong first name was spelled on the key card envelope, and it was a rude name, to say the least. And then there was no room number? It was all so odd and uncomfortable.
