We really enjoyed the amenities like the hiking trail to the summit, and our 3 year old especially loved the game shed and the sandbox and visiting the chickens. Even our dog enjoyed sniffing around and a relaxing hammock swing. Ken was especially helpful one evening, coming over to help us with our fire. He built the perfect fire which we used to enjoy s’mores. He and his wife were very welcoming and helpful hosts. The inside of the home is really lovely and cozy. We appreciated the twin pull out bed for our little guy in the second bedroom and the king bed was very comfortable. There’s no service so we appreciated the fast internet for our phones. We would certainly stay again! I love this farm and small town. Great getaway place. There are a lot of antique shops close by and scenic routes to choose from. There is ample space for the family and puppy. Very beautiful property and we felt right at home. Lisa was attentive and would stop by to make sure we were taken care of. Everything about Little Peak Creek Farmhouse is perfect. Peaceful yet close enough to town for restaurants and some shopping. Property is beautiful. Owners are very kind and responsive. Our girls (2, 4 and 8) had the best time hiking to the lookout, seeing and feeding the chickens and goats and playing with the new outdoor games. West Jefferson is nearby for dinner, live music, donuts and farmers market. A relaxing and fun stay for the whole family. Thanks Lisa for an awesome visit. We’ll be back! ##### Carolyn M. My husband and I, as well as another couple, stayed 3 nights at the farm house, for our son’s wedding, which was held at the barn. The accommodations were perfect, and the barn and gallery were a gorgeous location for the wedding. Lisa, and her husband, Stephen, were great hosts, and worked extremely hard to make everything amazing. Everyone attending seemed to be impressed with the property. Hearing the creek running beside the house and all the wildlife, really helped us relax and enjoy. Lisa and Mark were great to deal with and made our trip super special with the little touches.
