Had to wait to check I. For about 20 minutes with the agent been in front of us while o. The phone with another customer what I did not like is that he had us waiting to check in without acknowledging us or welcoming us ! The room only had 1 towel for 3 people checking in .

Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the complete lack of hot water in my shower. As I am checking out today, I am not writing to request maintenance, but to address the fact that I paid for a service that was not provided. A functioning shower with hot water is a basic expectation in any hotel, and its absence rendered my stay uncomfortable and subpar. Given this, I believe it is fair to request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I value my time as a guest and expected a standard of comfort that was not met during my stay.

Everything was good to go

The place itself wasn't terrible, but I got woke up twice with terrible strong smell of weed. It was so strong it hurt my lungs. I have no idea who was smoking, but I didn't get very much sleep the night I was there. I ended up leaving around 4am because of it. Also it would be nice to arrive to a cool room if it's over 100° outside instead of entering a sauna. Other than that the place was decent for the price. Thank you.
