« The property was great for a mom's trip. The serene surroundings (including a horse next door) set the tone for a weekend to unwind. We had plenty of beds, cozy common areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook a great steak dinner one night. The hot tub was clean. « We had a great stay at Hillandale! It was a perfect spot for gathering family in town for our son’s wedding. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. There were lovely extras like snack baskets and fresh flowers in every room and extra toiletries in the bathrooms. A highlight was the beautiful outdoor space and setting. The house is an old farmhouse that has been added on to over the years which makes for long windy hallways upstairs and lots of hidden staircases. We loved it. Do note...

« Incredible property. If anything the listing understates the charm and beautiful setting of this historical estate. We spent a week at the estate as our home base for my daughter’s wedding in Middleburg. The grounds and garden were a photographers dream.Thanks for the overall experience at Little Oatlands. »

« We did light cooking & the studio kitchen met our needs. We enjoyed long soaks in the big ole claw foot tub. My bed was comfy. My sister was fine on the futon in the main room. I loved how quiet and private it was at the house. The location was conveniently located with plenty of restaurants, and shops with in 5 to 10 min. I would stay again. »
