« I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa...

« Très belle séjours dans cet hôtel, personnelle très proche de moi et ma famille pendant l'accueil du receptionist je me suis senti entouré de ma famille, l'idée d'ajouter l'option petit déjeuner c'était une très bonne idée parce qu'il y'avait de tout les couleurs à manger et à volontés, la propreté n'ont parlons pas, pour le dernier jours ils vous laisse le temps de partir sans qu'ils vous mettent la pression mieux que les autres hôtels dans la Mecque et medine qu'ils n'étaient pas à la hauteur...

"Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille au Mövenpick de Djeddah. L’accueil a été tout simplement parfait dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, professionnel et toujours souriant. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise et respecté. La chambre était super propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le service est impeccable et l’équipe est toujours disponible pour aider rapidement avec beaucoup de bienveillance. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, l’ambiance est agréable et familiale. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux détails et la qualité du service. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter in sha Allah !"
