The elegant 'Bellevue' villa, spanning two floors and impeccably renovated in 2019, offers a luxurious vacation rental experience in Xàbia, Spain. With a well-manicured garden, an orchard, and a seasonal swimming pool, this property promises a serene retreat. You will enjoy amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Nestled in the tranquil Balcón al Mar district, this villa boasts a private, natural property spanning 1,400 square meters. The well-maintained garden and orchard provide a picturesque outdoor setting, while the seasonal swimming pool (5 x 9 meters, depth 120 - 210 cm) invites you to beat the heat. Relax on the terrace, savor alfresco meals with the provided garden furniture and barbecue, or rinse off in the outdoor shower.

This villa offers modern amenities, including a central heating system and parking for two cars on the premises. Nearby conveniences include shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafés, and a diving center within a short distance. Sports enthusiasts can indulge in golf at a 9-hole course 7 kilometers from the villa or enjoy sailing and tennis facilities nearby. For family fun, Aqualandia in Benidorm and the Oceanografic in Valencia are within driving distance.

Unit Layout  
You will find a 6-room villa spanning 200 square meters across two levels, offering stylish and beautiful furnishings throughout. The living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. One bedroom features two beds measuring 80 cm by 200 cm in length and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hobs, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing direct access to the terrace. There is also a shower room and separate toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another bedroom with two beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, a bathroom with a toilet, and a fan, leading out to the terrace and swimming pool area. Two additional bedrooms, each with two beds measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, are present, one with a fan and the other with air conditioning, both with access to the terrace. Another shower room and toilet are available on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. You'll have access to terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and six deck chairs, allowing you to soak up the beautiful panoramic views of the sea, valley, and countryside. Practical amenities like a washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito nets, baby cot, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is also available throughout the property. Additionally, you'll have a reserved parking space at the house.
