It offers a private, well-kept terraced garden with a lawn, a seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm) with salt water and an internal staircase, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a luxurious outdoor experience. The villa also boasts amenities such as an outdoor shower, a pool house with a shower and WC, a patio, a pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking for up to four cars on the premises.

The villa boasts a beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with a lawn, providing a serene outdoor space for guests to enjoy. The highlight is the seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm) with salt water and an internal staircase, offering a refreshing respite during your stay. Unit Layout  
The 6-room villa spans across 350 square meters and is spread over two levels. It offers a spacious and bright living/dining room that is luxuriously and stylishly furnished. This area includes a satellite TV and a fan. The living/dining room provides access to a patio and a swimming pool. On the same level, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower and toilet, while the other has air conditioning and forced-air heating, leading out to a balcony. Additionally, there is a large kitchen on this level, featuring five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool, as well as a separate shower and toilet.  
  
On the lower ground floor, you will find another living/dining room with air conditioning and forced-air heating, leading out to a terrace. This level also houses two more bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, and the other with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long. Both of these bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. There is also a shower and toilet on this level.
