In the district of Ambolo - Jávea, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture. Narrow motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, café 1.3 km, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 5.1 km, shingle beach "Ambolo". Tennis 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
