About this space  
Wonderful, typical Spanish villa for up to 8 people in Javea, Costa Blanca Spain. Ideal for 2 families or a large family. Stylish, trendy interior decoration. Large private swimming pool. Several seating areas on the spacious, sunny south facing terrace. Covered dining area with BBQ. The villa is located near two of Javea’s most beautiful beaches; La Barraca and Granadella, in the quiet residential area of Ambolo. Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space.  
The space  
The main floor of the villa has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large open space including the living room with television, the dining room with fireplace and the fully equipped brand new kitchen (2022). Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool and the terrace. The dining room has double doors that lead to the naya and the terrace. The nice, landscaped garden has various species of trees, tropical palms and flowering bushes. The terrace has different areas for sunbathing and relaxing and has a dining area with BBQ. There is a separate apartment with its own entrance that contains a large bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. One private parking space is available or street parking in a secluded, quiet street.  
The villa is located in a tranquil environment which begs leisurely evening walks, with local restaurants, bars and a tennis courts just a short walk away. The location is conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants just 10 minute drive away. Javea is a diverse Mediterranean fishing town with its historic centre, series of coves and beaches and excellent gastronomy. With a mild climate protected by the Montgo mountain, the area enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year.  
Jávea, also often written in Valencian Xàbia, is an authentic fishing village situated in Spain at the Costa Blanca at the most eastern point of the Iberian Peninsula, opposite Ibiza, between Denia and Moraira, at about an hour's drive of the airports of Alicante and Valencia. Jávea is an extensive hilly coastal area with spacious residential areas where holiday homes, villas with private swimming pools and rental flats are widely distributed.  
Apart from its unique location on the Costa Blanca and its typical Spanish charm, Jávea is a village that, thanks to the municipal policy, also remains a village. No high-rise buildings, no mass tourism, but pure authenticity. In Jávea, the locals have found a good balance between tourism and their own well-being. In short, Jávea is a place where people live and others spend their holidays, who like privacy but also the conviviality and want to avoid the mass...
