The villa also provides central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. Additionally, ample parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to three cars.

The "Mamounia 2" villa offers a serene outdoor experience, with a private, heated swimming pool as the centerpiece. Measuring 10 x 5 meters and ranging in depth from 110 to 210 cm, the angular pool is accessible via an internal staircase. Complementing the pool area is an outdoor shower, a pool house equipped with a fridge for your convenience, a shaded pergola, comfortable garden furniture, and a barbecue area perfect for alfresco dining. The villa's surroundings provide a tranquil and sunny atmosphere, allowing you to bask in the Mediterranean climate.

You will find a spacious and bright villa with very beautiful and tasteful furnishings, including a living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. There is one room featuring a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, and air conditioning. This room also has an exit to the terrace and swimming pool. Another room offers two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and one French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), along with air conditioning and an exit to the patio and swimming pool. The fourth room has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. The villa has a large kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features air conditioning, heating (gas heating), a washing machine, iron, and baby cot. Outdoor facilities include a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a sitting area. Internet access is provided via WiFi (free). One pet or dog is allowed on the premises.
