This beautiful Apartment has been recently renovated and well located just 150 meters from the Arenal. On the second floor with an elevator, a brand-new kitchen equipped and an electric hob. The apartment features a twin bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and a master bedroom with a spacious triple wardrobe, both sharing a contemporary shower room. Unwind in the cozy living room furnished with a smart TV, and step out onto the enclosed naya, which leads to a balcony.
