Because of its good location (the beach just 2 minutes away by car) in a good farm, in a very quiet area (even in high season) and with all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, municipal market, shops, etc) without having to use the car. It offers good and wide views of the entire bay of Javea from the Cabo de San Antonio (from the lounge and terrace of the property you can see the light of the lighthouse every night, Ibiza is seen at dawn on clear days) to the Cape of San Martín, as well as the massif and mount Montgó and the flat ones (where you can also enjoy its wonderful sunsets from the terrace). In Jávea you can practice a multitude of activities, many of them related to the sea (sailing, jet ski, boat rental without skipper, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, paddle surfing, swimming, etc.) but also mountain since we have the Montgó massif at the foot of Jávea and there are many routes where you can go cycling, hiking, guided excursions, climb to Montgó, to the "Cova tallá" in Cabo de San Antonio and visit as not the most exclusive coves and Jávea beaches such as Portixol (also known as "La Barraca"), Granadella, Ambolo, Cumbres del Sol (in Benitaxell, very close to the municipality of Jávea), El Arenal (with a multitude of leisure and gastronomy options for all tastes and pockets), the mountains (first and second), Cala Blanca, Cala Sardinera, El Pope (formerly a very popular beach corner), Grava beach, etc. And also make the "Los Cabos route" and visit the lighthouses of Cabo de San Antonio and its impressive views of the bay of Jávea, that of San Martín, Cabo Negro and of course, the Cabo de San Antonio and also admire the wonderful views that are offered from there that have nothing like it compare to it. The balcony was a very good size with a sea view in the distance but also views of the surrounding hills. The underground parking was a real bonus as street parking appeared to be hard to get. The walk to the port was about 20 minutes and to the old town about 6 minutes. Note for others this is not a hotel so you will need to have toiletries with you and all the big supermarkets are closed on Sunday. We think this place is best suited to a couple or a couple with two young children. There is a lift to the 5th floor. Richard was always available to help with any queries we had. We stayed here for 5 weeks and only had one issue. The website states that there are two bathrooms, which is partly why we booked it as we had friends coming out to visit, however there is only one bathroom. Everything is new and clean and appealing. We found the heating not quite enough as it was cold when we were there and there was quite a lot of noise from other apartments, lift etc, but maybe that's because we are used to not living in apartment buildings. Les plus un parking sous terrain , une terrasse couverte avec très belle vue et surtout très bien équipé, il ne manque rien !!! Très propre, pratiquement neuf. Nos alojamos en este apartamento 5 personas y la verdad que hemos disfrutado. Limpieza impecable y no le faltaba nada del equipamiento de la casa. Yolanda nos recibió en la casa muy amablemente y muy atenta explicándonos todas las cosas de la casa y si necesitábamos cualquier cosa no en contactarla. Richard eres muy detallista y tienes una casa muy acogedora. Sin duda si regresamos a Jávea nos pondremos en contacto y repetiremos en la estancia. Muchísimas gracias por haber echo nuestra estancia fácil y cómoda. We did have issues, we requested a travel cot before booking which was accepted. On arrival there was only a Moses basket not suitable for a 2 year old. We were told to just put our son in a bed, which he is not used too. After a sleepless night we requested again a proper travel cot and even offered to buy one and asked for assistance in where we could get one. The responses we got were unsympathetic and the owner said “there are baby shops in town if you want”. It was unhelpful of the owner to have us waste our time having to locate something which was requested and agreed on. We’ve stayed in Javea many times, and will again. Just not here. ##### Duncan P.
