Surrounded with 5000 m2 garden with It is situated in the tranquil residential area of Jávea on the Costa Blanca, approximately 100 km from Alicante and Valencia Airports. A 5 minutes drive or a 15 minutes walk will take you to the golden sands of El Arenal beach, with its bars, restaurants, shops and bustling night life. With accommodation for up to 10 people, the villa is perfect for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a private setting, lounging by the spacious poolside and enjoying the spectacular surroundings. This exceptional holiday home has 5 bedrooms all on one level with three ultra- modern bathrooms (one en-suite). Each bedroom feature contemporary décor, with its floor to ceiling sliding windows has its own access to the terrace. Slide open your glazed doors for early morning sunshine or star gazing before bed. The large well - equipped kitchen, with a Smeg induction hob oven, leads out to its own terrace with a gas BBQ and to the garden, as well as connecting to the open-plan bright living room with an internal winter garden and access to the main terrace and pool. The property benefits from a laundry room with a washing machine and drier. The outside living space boast an exceptionally large, 20 meters long heated swimming pool surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace with comfortable loungers and furniture. It’s a perfect place to unwind, relax and delight in al fresco dining. As the sun sets behind the dramatic Montgo mountain, the entire area can be lit to your taste as you enjoy the magic of the Mediterranean nights! 5000 m2 garden is always green and feature 500 year old olive trees. It is magnificently lighted in the night with energy efficient led spot lights. The property is very secure having a remote-controlled electric entrance gate and parking space for up to 2 cars. There is plenty of additional parking space on the road outside the villa. The villa is newly build, equipped and furnished to a very high and luxurious standard. We were blown away by this amazing property and how close a villa with such privacy and space was to the beach front. It was a 15 minute walk to the main promenade (and that was with x2 children under 5!) and a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket. The beds were so comfy and the villa was very secure. We are hoping to come back in 2025 for another amazing holiday. ☀️ ##### Emma H. The local supermarket is less than a minute away, so easy to stock up on everything needed. The villa is immaculate with plenty of space for everyone and all the latest gadgets needed - full air con everywhere, great kitchen, amazing big screen projector TV, beautiful pool area.
