It is ideal for a family or friends stay of up to 10 people. Your pet is welcome in this Villa! ( extra cost € 55). The property has private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Highlights: \- Mediterranean style decoration project \- air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room \- huge swimming pool 12 m long by 6 m wide. Location: It is located in the Tosalet urbanization of the charming town of Jávea. The location of the villa is very good as it has a supermarket and restaurants less than 1 km away as well as the nearest beach just 1.5 km away. Distribution: This charming villa has a private plot of 1,200 m2 and a 2-storey building (270 m2) with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living rooms, a large terrace with a table for 10 people and a barbecue area next to the garden and its large swimming pool. The main floor is the upper floor which is at the level of the pool. Outside the main floor we have the terrace with a table for 10 people which is used in summer as the main table for meals. The living room on the upper floor has 3 different areas: the dining room with a beautiful wooden table for 10 people, a fireplace area with 1 sofa and a television viewing area with 2 armchairs. From the dining room you access the kitchen which also has direct access to the garden. The upper floor also has 3 bedrooms: the first room on the left has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the terrace, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor has a small games room with a sofa and 2 armchairs as well as 2 bedrooms that share a large bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom. The property has private parking for up to 3 vehicles.
