At Old house "El Cachirulo", a charming two-story vacation rental in Xàbia, Spain, you can enjoy an idyllic escape. This property offers a large, beautiful garden with a lawn, a seasonal swimming pool with internal stairs (9 x 4 m, depth 40 - 160 cm), and garden furniture, providing a perfect outdoor oasis. Additionally, it features Internet WiFi, parking for two cars, and even a tennis court nearby.

The property boasts a stunning outdoor area with a large, beautiful garden featuring a lush lawn and an angular swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 40 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal stairs. Relax and soak up the sun on the garden furniture or take a refreshing dip in the pool. A stepped path with two steps leads to the house, ensuring easy access to the outdoor haven.

The Old house "El Cachirulo" is located in the district of El Tosalet, a quiet and sunny area in Xàbia, Spain. The owner does not accept any youth groups, ensuring a peaceful environment for your holiday rental. Nearby, you'll find a supermarket 1 km away, a restaurant at 800 m, and a café just 850 m from the property, providing convenient access to essential amenities.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The property is ideally situated, with the sandy beach "El Arenal" just 2.6 km away and the rocky beach "Cala Blanca" within 1.6 km, offering beautiful coastal options. Additionally, a sports harbor is 2 km away, and you can find a surf school at 1.8 km and a sailing school at 2 km, perfect for water enthusiasts. For those interested in tennis, a court is conveniently located 1.4 km from the property.

Unit Layout  
This 5-room house spans 150 square meters across two levels, offering simple and practical furnishings. On the lower level, you'll find a living room equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there are two rooms, each with two beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm in length. Another room features a double bed of the same dimensions, along with a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This level also provides access to the patio.  
  
Amenities Included  
The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three gas burners, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You'll also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, is another room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm length), along with a bathroom featuring a toilet and double hand-basin. Outside, a large terrace awaits, complete with terrace furniture, four deck chairs, and a sitting area. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Covered parking for two cars is also provided.  
  
Other Information  
During your vacation stay, you can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and forced-air heating throughout the property. The maximum capacity for this accommodation is eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms available. Please note that the TV only receives French channels.
