"Great hotel"
Parking lot was full when we got there had to park on the street. We didn't stay long but enjoyed the rooftop hot tub with a moonlight view of the mountains.

"Jasper - nice view of the mountains"
We stayed for one night in this hotel. It was better than what we were expecting. Quite roomy. Living space, kitchenette, and king size bed. It had a great view of the mountains. We walked to the restaurant and it was really good for dinner. For breakfast, we did the buffet and I wouldn't recommend that. Some of the items were not very warm. Other than that, great place to stay!

"Good location for station and car hire"
A pricey dated hotel with pleasant reception staff, clean but small rooms. No lift available so if you have a slight infirmity it is a trudge to get luggage to room as no porterage is available. That said plenty of eating and drinking places close by, train station is 100m away and car hire 4 doors away. Ideal 1 nighter if using Rocky Mountaineer.

"A place to sleep."
We booked last minute during peak season. Only stayed one night and never really spent much time at the hotel. It was a place to sleep. Limited parking on the premises. Overflow parking is on the street and one my have to walk a ways later a night.

"Some Good, Some Not so Good"
Overall we did like this place, they have a laundry on site which was helpful and a nice place for breakfast next door. The room was roomy and clean but was showing signs of aging. The air conditioning was located in the front and really did not cool the back bedroom very well. Also the rustic furniture was in need of an update, if you pulled out a drawer it could easily fall right out onto the floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
