Guy at front desk was so nice. But the elevator wasn’t working and we had lots of luggage to carry so that sucked. And the towels had stains on them (but smelled clean)

The sheets had spots on them, the ice maker did not work, the WiFi was very spotty, and it looked like there was only one person running the whole hotel. Was told there would be continental breakfast and when we got up to go the lights were off and there was no food out.

The shower didnt have hot water, warm at best. I found dog food kibbles under my bed and in the hall. The desk in my room was sticky with something and the chair looked to have food on the seat. Breakfast the first morning was scra,bled eggs and sausage patties, mini waffles and the syrup was kind of sour. The second morning i didnt see any eggs or sausage, maybe they were going by the time i made it to breakfast.. i was quarantined because i tested positive for covid.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fresh. Overall a great stay at an affordable price.

Nice location and comfortable beds
Check in was easy, beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that the toilet would not flush but that was solved after a call to the front desk. Also the TV remote did not work.

Good place for a short layover
The place has been recently remodeled. The only issue was the ice machine didn't work but they did have bagged ice. The orange juice machine didn't work either. I would stay again as it was a good value and the people were extremely nice. Breakfast was s expected.

Pricey but close to Holiday world
It is close to holiday world. Fast food with in walking distance. Room is good size. Stayed in 2 queen and sofa bed. Bathroom are okay in size but walking in the first time, it has a smell to it also the toilet seat is broken. Door does not close unless you pull it hard and end up banging it to close it.Room appears clean to me and updated. 2 TV's in room, 1 appears to me its not working( the one on wall) and the other is on tv stand. Wifi is pretty much non existence in room 101. Do not even show up in my wifi list. Breakfast was okay, eggs,sausage, bagels,waffles,cereal and apples. First day breakfast was hot and the second day was cold and did not top up more because it was almost 9.30 a.m but not a reason not to put more food out. Side exit trash has been full for 3 days and nobody emptied it. Pool is alright.

This was probably one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in. I rented two rooms. The first room was in poor condition. The toilet backed up, after the first flush, it took them almost 2 days to fix. The shower knob was broken. Looked like maybe the ceiling had been worked on but not finished. The lamp didn't work, and the sheets looked stained. Also i found a bra stuck between the mattress and wall. The second room was a little cleaner. Not much! Toilet seat broke. No hot water in the shower. We complained the first night. I had booked this hotel for two nights. The second night it still wasn't fix. He told my family to shower in my room. Umm this is why i rented two rooms. There was six of us in total. They finally switched the room to a different one. It was down the hall. So glad i didn't book it for anymore nights!

It was close to the park, restaurants and we felt safe. But… Our door/door handle was broken. We had trouble getting in and out. Our water was off one morning. We had to ask for clean towels, no good place to hang them up to reuse and piles of dirty towels and asked for service and no one showed up so we had to go to the desk for towels and toilet paper. There often wasn’t anyone at the desk. I think the guys there were trying but they just didn’t seem efficient or maybe weren’t properly trained. I’d guess the second was true.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The breakfast was nice and included hot items. The rooms were clean and large (we had a 2 bed with sleeper sofa room). We didn’t use the pool but I did see others swimming in it. The staff were very helpful and nice. About 15 minutes from Holiday World and lots of eating options near the hotel. We will definitely be returning. Recommend.
