This was a last minute stay for us. The room was spacious and was nice. Comfy beds. Lots of parking above and underground. i didn’t catch her name but the staff member at the front desk was amazing. It’s an easy 15 min walk to the downtown area. However, for the cost, I’d expect higher quality things like tissue, toilet paper and towels. All in all a fine place to stay

This was our first "vacation" since my husband went through cancer treatments. We wanted a quiet and clean hotel. We were not disappointed. Chateau Jasper is a great place. Friendly staff, clean rooms and so very quiet. It was the break we needed. Thank you!! Totally recommend this hotel.

Staff were great and helpful. Good and orderly rooms, even though they were not same as shown on the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub. After a day's adventure that's a great place to revive your body. Good temperature. Most of all it was so close to wild life. A great place to watch wild life.

Decent hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff is friendly and for the price point, the hotel works for a short stay in Jasper. We just needed to stay one night before going back to Banff. It’s A few mins away from the Main Street, so keep that in mind in case you want to explore the city on foot. Breakfast was good, with lots of options.

The location of the property is awesome. Very quiet and super clean place. Don't go to the hot tub-lots of chemicals in it. The water in the hot tub was barely warm. If you ask staff, it is inconvenient for them. Not very friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed here 1 night on our trip through the mountains and thoroughly enjoyed it here. The hotel was clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff was very accommodating and.friendly. When we arrived and checked into our room, the room didn't have quite the view my wife wanted, so Amy at the front desk went above and beyond, and had us moved to a room with a great view. The rate was reasonable for such a nice place. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

We had a great two night stay. Check in/out was easy, room was spacious and clean, in particular the bathroom which was spotless, and it was great to have a kettle rather than just a coffee machine! We found the hotel to be quiet and great value for a shoulder season visit. The hotel is about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the downtown area but there's a good variety of restaurants and its an easy walk. Would stay again Thank you.

I like the easy access to rooms but was not happy with the quality of the beds. The mattresses need to be replaced. I had stayed there a few years ago and was really happy with the beds ...I guess they are worn out now.
