It features a living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed measuring 145 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as satellite TV and air conditioning. This room provides access to a 10 square meter balcony with balcony furniture and partial sea views. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm wide and 200 cm long, and the other with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.

The apartment comes with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
