Unit Layout  
This 4-room apartment is a spacious 120 square meters, located on the top floor with a south-west facing position. The living/dining room is a generous 40 square meters with sloping ceilings, reaching a height of 220 to 300 centimeters, and features satellite TV with a flat screen and air conditioning.  
  
There are two rooms with sloping ceilings, each with a ceiling height ranging from 200 to 300 centimeters, and each room is equipped with a French bed (160 centimeters wide and 200 centimeters long) and air conditioning. These rooms provide access to the balcony. Additionally, there is another room with sloping ceilings, a ceiling height of 170 to 250 centimeters, and a French bed of the same dimensions.  
  
The open kitchen boasts sloping ceilings with a height of 200 to 300 centimeters and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms with toilets.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (at an extra cost), though it does not have a heating option. There is a small balcony of 2 square meters and a larger balcony of 9 square meters, both furnished with balcony furniture and offering a view of the sea.
