"Hotel entrance was appealing and clean. Convenient garage parking beside the hotel. Very friendly staff. Some restaurants and shopping near the hotel, but will likely need transportation to get to most places."

"The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old."

"Sai was a very rude receptionist (night time), had his feet kicked up on lobby chairs & took him just 10 mins to get to us. Also was rude upon arrival was giving issues with ID that made no sense. Credit card & ID matched from beginning. Inserted a different CC as I wanted to get points & made process of verification happen all over. Then finally on getting to the room, it was filth, AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Asked to be changed said they would inform me , never heard back. Restroom was filthy & rusted. They also had a bunch of broken things all over the room. Pull out bed might have been built with the hotel as of how old & uncomfortable it was. Squeaky bed springs & stained sheets in closet. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free."

"It was all great except for the tripping hazard between the room and the bathroom. Instead of the usual angled strip, it was a quarter inch squared off strip. It was an excellent way to trip senior citizens. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were great and very friendly checking in. We didn’t eat breakfast because we had to leave before 6:00am to attend a graduation at 8 am in Austin. We got back to room at 3:45 pm and found our room had not been cleaned or bed made up. The house keeper was down the hall sitting in an empty room and on a personal call. Since it was so late and we were so tired my husband asked her for clean towels, coffee filters, cups and condiments for our morning coffee. I made the bed. We left the next morning by 7:30a to head home. We did order room service the second night from Bar Louie. The food was very disappointing. They delivered some of the order but I had to call again to get the fries that came with my hamburger."

"Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and Dell Diamond Stadium. Short driving distance to historic downtown area, restaurants and other attractions. New hotel, only issue I had was the heavy fragrance used in the hallways was not good for my asthma which is triggered by heavy fragrances."
