" Controle do ar e da tv estavam com pilha zerada. Quando liguei ar condicionado ficou pingando água dentro do quarto o tempo todo. Lençois e cobertores mto velhos e empoeirados (Atacou até minha rinite). Quarto estava sujo no teto, cantos, com traças. Ficamos 4 dias e só colocaram 2 toalhas. Enfim decepção."

"Ruim, banheiro alagando na área de banho, o ralo não drenava a água. Pia entupida, registros do chuveiro saiam na mão quando não cai sobre os pés durante o banho. Portaria ausente e sistema de tag para entrar no hotel na madrugada não funcionou e sem recepcionista ou contato de emergência para auxiliar a resolver, acomodação diferente das fotos e café da manhã com variedade de frutas limitadas."
