Could not pay with cash, very disappointed in that. Called the hotel several times prior to check in, no one ever answered the phone. One of the front office staff was rude. Beds were very uncomfortable

Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry that were had some problems with our phones this past week. We need a valid credit card to check into the hotel. This is to cover any incidentals. At check out time guests may pay cash if that is their preference. If someone on the staff was rude to you, I would like to know about what happened. That is not the kind of service we wish to be known for. Thank you.

The property was nice and clean. The downfall was a lot of very loud children running the halls and the parents and staff allowing it. Also making the breakfast area they're hangout at night and using the appliances. It was not controlled until several complaints by my myself and others. It did quiet down but not until the pool closed.

I am sorry to hear about all of the noise. I know there was a rather large group that stayed at the hotel last weekend and used the conference room. I will talk to the staff about staying ahead of the noise. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

We have stayed here before and decided to return. The young woman at the desk is very pleasant and helpful. Check in was the quickest I have experienced in a long time. The building and outside area appear to be well maintained and are well lit.

Pretty clean and organized. Easy check in. No elevator but first floor is accessible. Pool would have been nice to use but closed by 9pm. Breakfast was okay.

We are working on our phones. I am sure the front desk would have let you use our phone. Did you let the front desk know about the noise upstairs? I do know that there were children up there. The front desk people will go talk to the guest in question, if they are notifies of the issue.

Arrived early and was greeted w a smile, checked in and was given a room by easy entry/exit and easy pool access. Unfortunately, have bad ankle and no elevator to access to 2nd floor. Room was cozy and clean, temp was a bit warm at first, but cooled quickly. A very nice stay.

Everything was as requested including the handicapped access room. Since I was sick during my stay, I can only say that they took great care of us. This was a return stay as we've stayed there on other visits to the area.

I was really impressed. Super 8 sounded sketchy to me but with few alternatives, we booked it and were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. We brought bikes and rode the 1 mile to downtown. Monroe was amazing. The small town charm was great. Everyone was so friendly. We didn’t use the hotel pool, hot tub, or breakfast but they looked nice.

Lovely hometown feeling here with kindhearted staff. Room was basic but very clean. The breakfast was good for being continental breakfast. We stay here every year for family reunions.
