This one-of-a-kind property boasts over 9,000 sq/ft of home where it offers a place to gather your whole family & friends, assemble a company retreat or even host a groom's dinner. SWA has something for everyone. Bring out your competitiveness with some pickleball, pool or darts. Looking to escape the competitive atmosphere, escape with some fresh air through the serene 99 acres of wooded areas, ponds and prairie grasses  
  
The space  
The landscape surrounding Shady Willow Acres is a  
diverse tapestry featuring heavy mature timber, rolling terrain, ridges, and valleys. The property offers endless recreation and luxurious living accommodations. Experience the best of  
both worlds with modern comforts and natural beauty in perfect harmony. It boasts breathtaking  
views and allows the utmost privacy and plenty of relaxation. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the  
spacious deck or patio.  
  
Immerse yourself in this gorgeous, 7 bedroom and 7.5 bathrooms home. With tons of space for everyone! When you walk into the home, you will see the grand display of windows looking out the back of the home, allowing you to see all the beauty of the land behind the house and picturesque sunsets.  
It was thoughtfully  
designed with wonderful amenities and tons of windows to enjoy year-round wildlife viewing.  
  
The main floor of the house has several sitting areas, formal dining room, large kitchen, 5  
bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 half baths, laundry and a garage turned pickleball court. The large  
primary suite has a lavish private bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.  
  
Downstairs has several sitting areas, a home theater, dart and pool table area, poker room, full kitchen, big buck hunter, an old school gaming machine with over 5000 games. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom.  
  
Shady Willow Acres can comfortably sleep 22 people.  
  
The outdoor space includes a large deck and large patio space complete with grills, patio furniture and fire pit. This private oasis has an extensive trail system that can be used for nature walks and cross-country skiing. Check out the 2 water ponds on the property and enjoy excellent wildlife habitat. You are sure to see deer, pheasants, turkeys, ducks, and geese.

family or wedding events. If you would like to host something like a groom's dinner, or small  
event, please contact us and we would be happy to help coordinate and offer suggested
