Surrounded by bush walking trails along Jan Juc creek and a short stroll into town, this house is in a great position. Only a 5 minute drive into Torquay if you need supermarkets and retail therapy, but far enough away from the crowds to feel relaxed and quiet.Jan Juc beach is fantastic too for experienced surfers or intermediate swimmers and the village is a hidden gem. ##### Glen K. From beautiful plentiful crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, modern dryer and washer, two baths and plenty big enough with three double bedrooms to house 6.A beautiful stone feature wall, wood fire and an actual playable guitar and ukulele, air con, and stunning floorboards throughout, we wished this was our house by the time we left.A fully fenced private yard with large grassed area for dog or kids.Close to cute and quiet Jan Juc Village and arguably one of Australias best surf destinations, the location is great. The property manager was fantastic as well making check in and out a dream.You must go to Swell Cafe for breaky / brunch / coffee.
