The hotel was clean and right off of the highway. My stay was short but for the price it was well worth it. The bathroom was dated but clean. The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel at this price. For the price it was well worth staying here.

Brandy Briggs assistant General Manager is RACIST. Had embarrassed a black customer had hom ejected out of hotel for requesting a spoon to eat with Brandy got indignant telling the black man there is not enough to give him one, escorted out of hotel by police

Well I was greeted by a kid with a tattoo on his face telling me that I have to pay for an early check in because check in was at 3 it was 2:15 the manager took over that time. The room was dirty in the corners and cig burns on the tub. When I was on my way home they hit my card for $150 then again for $200 not a single call first no explanation

Safe and convenient
Reasonably clean. A bit worn and dated but comfortable beds. The sliding door to outside very convenient. Plenty of parking and a safe area next to a school.

I will stay again under protest
When I got to my room and proceeding to setup my phone charger and BiPAP, I found that the outlets in my room (with the exception of the one above the couch) were “loose”, so the plugs wouldn’t stay in. Fortunately, my charging cords were long enough to reach the outlet above the couch. I also found a recycleable shopping bag full of trash underneath the bed. I called the front desk and they had me set the bag outside the door where they came and picked it up.

My usual hotel when in Jamestown
Great stay as usual, we always stay here when in Jamestown. Breakfast has waffles and they are so sweet about making it available slightly past the time and there is coffee all day. Won’t hesitate to come back!

All the furnishings are excellent and clean. This baffles me because I wasn’t expecting top quality like is offered in Falconer after staying in a pit in Southborough/Westborough route 9 two years ago and left after one night and I was celebrating my 65th high school reunion.

The key cards didn’t work properly.The refrigerator made a constant noise had to wear ear plugs.I told the desk ,when there was someone there…that there was a noise what sounded like next door but it was the refrigerator. ..they didn’t do anything nor follow up with me about it what a waste of time .It was extremely noisy .i probably will not stay there again. The room was decent ,but the air did not work properly had to keep turning it on .

Falconer is in a beautiful part of NYS. This property is set back nicely at the end of a wooded driveway. We had a nice, large room. It's price was higher than we expected, but there was probably a summer festival in the area. We also, in our mid-70s might have liked an elevator to get tot he second floor or to have been given a first floor room. The weakest element of our stay was the personality of the staff we met. From the lack of a greeting at check-in to the lack of greeting or smiles from the breakfast people, It seemed that these folks had a job but did not necessarily like working with people.

This hotel has seen better days. We left feeling disgusted. Several room fixtures did not work properly. Drapes and carpet were not clean. Go elsewhere.

I booked a non smoking room through Expedia nearly two months in advance and then was given a smoking room. Front desk offered to agree to refund due to issue with Expedia when I decided not to stay due to medical reasons. Now general manager refuses to give refund.

The property was old and dirty, the covers had some sort of splatter, hope it wasn't from murder :(. Everything was pretty much closed around the hotel, not sure of work hours of any of those restaurants. We tried to get decent coffee and breakfast around it since hotel food was terrible and the area was completely dead at about 8 am.
