Fishing right in the back yard, perfect for your little ones right off the bank and also the adults a fisherman delight with bass and brim. Two stall horse barn a perfect place to keep your horses with a one acre fenced lot. Fire pit, corn hole, and grilling on the full length back porches to enjoy food, family and fun. For your convenience within 1/2 mile of grocery & gas. East Fork Stables 6 miles.

What a fabulous property!!We were in town for a long weekend to visit with my brother and SIL for my brother's 70th birthday party. The party was a surprise...so we couldn't stay with family members. Garrett's Lake House was so comfortable...it was like being at home. My husband was fishing in the lake at every spare moment!! The house was clean and well stocked with necessities as described...and plenty of space for 7 people. The outdoor spaces were superb with plenty of seating for everyone. We had great weather and got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the lake each morning. The pool table and the fire pit were put to good use.Patrick popped in for a visit, and he was a delight!! FIVE stars on this property all the way around!! We will definitely be back!!
