Newly built cabin finished in 2021, one mile from Shy Beaver boat launch which is on a 3 mile cove, and 10 minutes from several other boat launches. No boat? Check out RAYSTOWNBOATING.com. Unlimited Wifi included in rental price. Three bedrooms, large common area, full kitchen, two baths, elevated deck, fire pit area, and tremendous views of the mountains. All the amenities of home on 1.25 acres with an easy drive to State College. Access to state games lands nearby, biking/hiking trails galore, state forests and parks, central air/heat, and two full baths. Plenty of driveway space for several vehicles and your boat. Ten minutes from groceries, take out, ice cream, or local supply stores. Please note trash/recycling will need taken with you upon leaving.
