"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."

Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There are self service washing machines at the resort next door. There is also a launderette opposite the OYO hotel. Cannot report on the restaurant as restaurant was closed when we went for breakfast so had to eat elsewhere."
