As before, the staff are incredible - every single person is smiling, helpful and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome - its the small details that matter because in reality most big chains have nice hotels so it comes down to the people and how they make you feel - the housemaids could see I was using all my water so left extra with lovely handwritten notes - when I asked for extended check out (an extra hour) it was given without any fuss - I asked for items at breakfast and the chefs went out of their way to bring them even though I wasnt demanding them, just enquiring if possible. I also visited the spa twice and had 2 amazing massages from Nita and YuYun - both out of this world, amazing technique and lots of small details that make it memorable - its typical of how the whole hotel operates. As before, I have stayed in 100s of hotels for work and vacation and this hotel stands out. Lots of hotels have 1 or 2 people that make you feel special, here it is every single person.
