They need a major renovation of the facility. At least they need to do drastic bug control measures. During my one week stay, the first thing I did when I got to the room was to kill roaches, at least 3 of them everyday. They were mostly in the bathroom but some also found on the TV cabinet and ON THE BED. The front desk kindly provided me an upgrade to the executive suite but I still saw them everyday and I also struggled with mosquitos. I saw mice in the restaurant and the lounge during my first and second visits. The restaurant served moldy cakes in the morning, the TV never picked up the signal and the remote didn't work correctly, the bell boy was insistent to carry my baggage and never left my room until got tipped. I emailed the hotel to ask about the payment after the visit but no reply.
