#### Hotel in downtown jakarta

The bedroom was very very small with no window and almost no storage space. Not comfortable. The good thing about the room was that the air conditioning was excellent. The hotel is proud to be trendy, quirky. This is perfectly acceptable but they seem to forget that a hotel is to be lived in. Comfort should be the most important.

Excellente qualité de service, très bon accueil. Taxi Blue Bird constamment devant l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Le monument Monas accessible à pied. Quartier réputé pour ses bons restaurants également. Compter 160 000 roupies en taxi depuis l'aéroport

The room was clean and the hotel amenities were various. The best part is the location of the hotel is very strategic. The hotel is very close to two of the biggest malls in Jakarta and also public transportation while considering the hotel accommodation fee.

What a beautiful property with amazing attention to detail throughout. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, with fantastic views, and the cafe on the ground level was artistic, funky and ultra-chic. So many wonderful little details were laden throughout, which were a feast for the eyes! (Many photos were taken!) The included breakfast offered a variety of choices, all of which were absolutely delicious, along with a small but wonderful buffet - which sustained us till dinner! Restaurant staff were so lovely and reception staff were extremely helpful, setting us up with transportation and SIM card info as well as a Jakarta map....everything we needed upon on our arrival from overseas to Jakarta! Transportation to the train station was arranged for us as well. We are so happy with our choice of Kosenda. They provided a most wonderful welcome and introduction to Indonesia! Highly recommend this charming, intimate gem of a hotel!

Loved the style and design of this hotel. Room is rather small, but cozy. I really enjoyed the lobby area and cafe downstairs, just watch out for the mosquitos! The lounge upstairs is closed Monday and Tuesday which is unfortunately when I stayed. I was also there Wednesday, but arrived when they closed at 11pm, which is rather early IMO. All in all a nice hotel that I'd visit again.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel. Like the entire property, beautiful and thoughtfully designed with green spaces, seating areas, and even a little goldfish pond, my room was designed with stylish practicality. The room was clean, quiet at all hours - even with neighbors next door and above. Everything worked well, and I especially liked the spacious rain-style shower and strategic placement of tile and carpet. The bed was comfortable, and the management is generous with accessories. The hotel is conveniently located. Jakarta is big with scattered points of interest, but the MH Thamrin transit stop is only steps away and offers connections to Kota Tua north and Blok M south. Many attractions are within walking distance, including shopping and restaurants. Personally, I’d recommend public transit, because traffic looks pretty brutal during the day. There doesn’t seem to be a huge amount to do in the immediate area of the hotel, which is safe and walkable, but Jaya Pub is the exception. This is a fun venue with food, raucous live music, and a friendly mix of regulars and travelers, no more than a 5 minute walk across the street. Finally, and I think probably the most important ingredient, the people who work in this hotel, from the lovely ladies in the restaurant to the knowledgeable desk staff, are as pleasant and accommodating a group as you could hope for. Honestly, they seem to enjoy working together and it shows in their superior service. Fantastic hotel option
