From walking out of the airport, to have a car and service pick me up, to the hotel itself, to the facilities, and the friendliness of the staff, this hotel made me feel special. Would highly recomend staying here. Real 5*

it was a great stay for a couple of my last days in Jakarta. it practices its own ways to maintain the cleanness and to contain the virus. but I felt a bit upset with some guests in a group over the breakfast. please ask that all of guests follow the protocol strictly in the Hotel.

The pool area is very big but there were hardly any chairs. For such a big hotel with so many guests, the pool area needs more chairs and sun lounges.

No regrets staying in JW, excellent as always. Everything was good except couple of feedbacks : 1. The room is clean and neat, but felt kind of old. Would prefer something slightly modern, maybe time for a facelift? 2. Like your free shuttle service. Wasn't sure where to wit for the 1st time, ask your bellhop and was told to sit at lobby and wait, after 10 minutes I went to ask him again and he told me I have to go to the drop off point. What a waste of my time!

water sound in the toilet
My stay was perfect accept round about 1.30 am in the early morning there was sound like water bubbling for about 15 mins it was loud i checked my toilet but there was nothing wrong with it the sound came from above the bathroom I stayed in room 2302

An OK hotel
Staff at the Executive Lounge was unwelcoming and unattentive. No smiles and borderline rude. No smiles. Breakfast was really average in terms of quality and taste.
