Manager refused to move us to a nonsmoking room that we had requested unless we actually paid for another room \[ difference of the 2 rooms was $ 6 US \]. I forgot to add the breakfast which was a $2 add on and he refused to let me pay the difference. He said buy it at the regular price. And how about my free drink ? Take it up with hotels.com.
